Consent to the processing of personal data

By consenting to the processing of personal data, the data subject authorizes PS logistic, s.r.o., with its registered office at Lazovná 33, 974 01 Banská Bystrica, Company ID: 4733558, entered in the Commercial Register of the District Court in Banská Bystrica, Section Sro, File 24583/S. (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator") to process the following personal data of the data subject pursuant to Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments to Certain Acts (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on the Protection of Personal Data"):

• name and surname
• company name
• address
• e-mail
• telephone number

The name, surname, company name, address, telephone number and e-mail must be processed for the purpose of subsequently contacting the client or job applicant with the Administrator. This data will be processed by the Administrator for a period of 2 years.

Processing of personal data

By consenting to the processing of personal data, the data subject gives his/her explicit consent to the above processing. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by sending an email or sending a letter to the contact details of the Administrator here. The processing of personal data is carried out by the Administrator. Personal data may also be processed by the following processors:

• Web hosting provider
• Or other providers or suppliers of web systems, services and applications that the company does not currently use

Rights to rectification, erasure and access to personal data of the data subject

Please note that under the Personal Data Protection Act, the data subject has the right to:

• withdraw consent at any time
• request information from us about what personal data we process about you
• request an explanation from us regarding the processing of personal data
• request a statement of this data from us and have it updated or corrected
• request that we delete this personal data
• if you have any doubts about compliance with obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact us or the Personal Data Protection Office.
